The Walbrook is a high-quality office headquarters located in the heart of the City of London, directly south of the Mansion House. Designed by Foster + Partners, the building features a refined and contemporary entrance that reflects the architectural clarity of the façade.
BDS Entrances delivered a bespoke entrance solution consisting of three Circular Full Vision CFV 2800 AY revolving doors, fully recessed into the reception area. The architectural brief required minimal framing to preserve uninterrupted glass sightlines, resulting in a clean and highly transparent entrance experience.
In addition to the revolving doors, a custom-designed automatic bi-parting sliding door was installed to provide accessible and visitor access. Integrated seamlessly into the inclined façade, this solution demonstrates the precision engineering and bespoke detailing that define the project.
Designed around architectural clarity
The entrance was conceived to sit almost invisibly within the façade, allowing glass, light, and form to take precedence. Every component was engineered to reduce visual interruption while maintaining performance.

From the single-sheet curved glass walls to the trapezoidal sliding door leaves, each element was custom-developed to meet the unique geometry of the building and its reception space.
